These Terms of Service govern your use of casimirclub.com and any
purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these
terms.

1. Who We Are
Casimir Club is operated by Smajo AB, a company registered in
Sweden (org. no. 559422-0450), registered address Tingbergsgatan 23,
652 29 Karlstad, Sweden. VAT no. SE559422045001.

2. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected
fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your
order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in your local currency where available
and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve
the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed;
if this happens, we'll contact you before proceeding.

4. Shipping

5. Returns & Refunds
See our Return & Refund Policy. If you're ordering from the EU or
UK, you additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal — see
that policy for details.

6. Product Descriptions
We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. Minor
variations in engraving, finish, or color may occur due to the
nature of etched metal — this is a feature of the material, not a
defect.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Casimir Club name, logo,
designs, and imagery — is the property of Smajo AB and may not be
reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Smajo AB is not liable for indirect
or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or
products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits any
liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for
defective products under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you are a
consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may also benefit from
mandatory consumer protection provisions of your own country of
residence, which take precedence where applicable.

10. Dispute Resolution
EU consumers can access the European Commission's Online Dispute
Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This does not
affect your right to bring a claim through the courts.
