Refund policy

We want you to actually like what you carry — not just keep it
because returning it is a hassle.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original,
unbroken packaging. Returns that don't meet this condition won't be
accepted.

To start a return, email hello@casimirclub.com with your order
number. We'll walk you through the rest.

Defective Items
Received something with a manufacturing fault? Email us with your
order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement at
no cost to you.

60-Day Guarantee
If your case develops an issue within 60 days of delivery that
we determine is a manufacturing fault, we'll replace it. This
guarantee doesn't cover general wear, scratches from everyday
carry, or damage from misuse.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
to your original payment method. Please allow [X] business days for
the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations
Changed your mind before it's shipped? Email us as soon as possible —
if your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we'll cancel it and refund
you in full.

Your Right to Withdraw (EU/UK Customers)
If you're ordering from the EU or UK, you have a legal right to
withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without
giving a reason, under EU/UK consumer protection law. This is
separate from — and at least as generous as — the returns policy
above.
